Hvid[mə] Archive is a non-profit artist collective working on research linked to decolonial practices, where critical perspectives can be shared, presented and archived. Hvid[mə] Archive arose to make the atrocities of the Danish colonial history visible and expose white institutional power structures through a conceptualization of the old Danish noun hvidme. The archive is partly a linguistic manoeuvre to represent a vocabulary for a contemporary discussion. The Hvid[mə] Archive-collective has developed a primary focus on decolonial narratives and welcomes participants with a wider practice, to present their work, ideas and research.
